It all started in January 2002 when Infotech was opened as a computer center. Later that year Infotech was accredited by Cisco and this allowed us to be the first official Regional Cisco Academy for Kosovo. Through our devotion and commitment towards excellence we grasped another milestone on May, 2003 by reaching a partnership agreement with Pearson Education and UNDP to prepare the first title Guide to Windows XP for primary and secondary schools in Kosovo, Macedonia, and Albania. The partnership with Pearson Education, alongside John Wiley and Sons, would continue that year through the authorization of Infotech to serve as a bookseller from these companies for Kosovo.
infotech has a large pool of capable and experienced senior developers. Networking Infrastructure and Software development are provided from here as well as Cyber Security, Quality Assurance and Support for our customers. In addition to IT consulting and the development of individual software solutions, as a long-standing Microsoft partner we are the right contact for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 related issues. We are happy to support you whilst migration, operation or SharePoint applications and extensions.
